In company with another two guys from the Family, he comes to meet the lawyer Ken Rosenberg, whose activities are regulated by Trout. The deal they had to strengthen its position on the new site, but plans once again turn against the heroes. The exchange of goods is suddenly interrupted when a few people whose faces hiding masks, opened fire. The people of Trout die on the spot — all except for Tommy and Ken. They have time to jump in the car and hide from the attackers. Ken in fear decides to hide in his own office, and the Vercetti returns to his hotel room, where Sonny makes a call and tells him about what happened. The head of the family Trout the news, of course, not happy, and he begins to demand from the hero of lost money and goods.
