But still the date is annually celebrated by workers in this sector. A number of accountant's Day in Russia? It is November 21. On this day, B. N. Yeltsin, who served as the President of the Russian Federation, in 1996 signed the Federal law No. 129 "On accounting". I must say that today this legislation has already lost its power. He was replaced by law No. 402, adopted in 2011.
