• The liability of the contractor in case of improper fulfillment of obligations;
• Information that the client is obliged to provide the contractor and the liability associated with the provision of incomplete information concerning the goods;

• Unilateral termination of the contract.

The Main provisions of the Civil Code stipulates that the contract must be made in writing, with a description of any issues that may require forwarding.When you run the contract by a third party responsible to the customer still has an expediting company.
