And a couple of decades ago, almost every girl could play it!

What is it

What kind of game is this - "rubber band"? So, it requires at least three people, two of whom will hold the gum itself, and one (or a couple, in turn) jump, making certain movements with their feet. The very essence of the game is not to "strate", i.e. not to step on an elastic band or incorrectly not to do a certain set of exercises. If the girl makes a mistake, she takes on the role of an elastic band holder, giving the role of a bouncer to her friend. And so on in turn. Girls can also play in pairs, taking turns making certain jumping movements. If one of the couple does something wrong, both girls become holders, giving way to their girlfriends.

Rules

So, there are certain rules of the rubber band game. Just jumping in this case does not work. What is important? First of all, you need to choose the right tool for the game. The simplest option is to take an ordinary linen elastic band of the right size (it can be from 2 to 4 meters) and simply tie the tips. That's all the wisdom. However, there are special bright rubber bands for this game on sale, which girls will definitely like with their color and design. As for people, as already mentioned, three or four girlfriends can participate in the game (if the game is paired, another girl can correct the mistake of her partner). In the very process of the game, the elastic band rises higher and higher on the legs, changing its positions. How to play "rubber band" on your feet? Basically, there are five positions, but there are more. First: the elastic band is located at the leg bones of the holders. Second: the elastic band rises to the middle of the shin. Third: the elastic band is at knee level. Fourth: the instrument for the game is held by the holders under the booty. And the fifth, last and most difficult: the elastic band is placed on the waist of the girls. In some variants, girls can raise it to the level under the breast, but jumping in this case is very difficult and almost impossible. As for the exercises, there can be from one to five per approach on average, but this all varies at the request of the participants. If all the exercises at the first level are performed correctly, the girl moves to the second position and so on. If the girl is "stratified", i.e. she made a mistake, when it's her turn to jump again, she'll start from where she left off.

4. "Class" is also the level of the rubber band.
