Today we will tell you what documents are needed for the registration of a newborn, which are legal confirmation that the baby was really born.
The registry office is the first place to visit after discharge from the hospital. You must bring there the documents for the registration of the newborn. A record confirming the birth of a child will be made in the registry Office book, and for the first time his personal data will be indicated - surname, first name, patronymic. A few days after the documents are checked, the mother and father will receive their baby's birth certificate. According to federal law, it is necessary for newly-made parents to contact the registry office within the first thirty days of the baby's life.

- A certificate from the maternity hospital (it is given to the woman in labor at discharge).

- Marriage certificate.
