These include the principle of scientific character, consistency, focus, optimal combination of centralized control system, which control its regulation, the personal characteristics of employees as well as social psychology, principle of compliance of responsibilities, rights and responsibility of numerous members of management in the process of achieving all the objectives of production, the principle of fully ensuring the competitiveness of all management employees.

Production management is not that other, as a production system and production in General. It is important to understand that manufacturing is an activity aimed at the creation of something that can be called useful: services, materials, products, products. A production system is a collection of workers, objects and tools, and other elements necessary for operation of the system in the process of creating services and products.
