Social production

Social production – is the process of creating any material object necessary for the existence and functioning of the society. The production is called public because there is a division of labour between the different members of society. We all know that any production is organized to meet certain needs of people. The degree of socialization of production elements that indicate their affiliation to individuals or society, is considered a criterion of the development of the socio-economic structure of the society.

The Foundations of social production in the global political economy was founded a few centuries ago. Any human activity directed on transformation of natural resources into commodities that can be considered social production. The main phases are:

- production;

distribution;

exchange,

- consumption.

In the course of work out tangible and intangible benefits. In the process of distribution of the finished product (articles of consumption and means of production) comes a reallocation between the various actors of production. Exchange is the process of sales and purchase of various benefits for other benefits or their monetary equivalent. Consumption or use of goods is a personal or production.

Social production is characterized by the following factors, which are its fundamental principle:

labour or a deliberate activity that aims to meet social and personal needs of man in different spiritual and material things;

- the means of production, which include the objects of labor (materials, raw materials) and means of labor (equipment, inventory, facilities).

Social production and its structure was the subject of study of the most famous economists and philosophers. As a result of this study, it was concluded that it has a cellular structure. Almost every country labour resources, raw materials and consumers are dispersed across its territory, so to meet the needs of the person in those or other commodities necessary for division of labour, in which social production is scattered among different specialized companies.

Due to the cellular structure of this production during its functioning there are two levels:

- production as an aspect of technical-technological process of work carried out directly in the primary units of production;

- production as a socio-economic and industrial-economic process of the whole country or nation.

On the ground (micro level) people are direct employees with certain labour and industrial relations. On the second level of functioning of social production, called “macro” between business entities the current economic and industrial-economic relations.

Social production has the following structure:

- material production - it is formed by the various sectors of construction, industry, agriculture, which are based on the creation of wealth from natural resources. Includes serving the needs of the people of the industry: trade, transportation, utilities, and consumer services;

non - material production - it consists of these systems: health, education, science, art, culture, which are intangible services and created a variety of spiritual values.

The Original Foundation of life of any society is a social production. So, people, before you create art, do science, politics or health, have to meet their minimum needs: have shelter, clothing, food. It is a source of well-being of society.
