Those who are faced with science and its peculiarities in the beginning need to understand what is the structure of scientific knowledge and what it implies. And, oddly enough, any knowledge is possible in some way to classify certain types of knowledge, some specific features and even shapes. And a little bit depends on what scientific field you decide to go, because each of them has a common “skeleton”. And if to speak directly about the constituent levels in any system of knowledge can be distinguished: the empirical, theoretical and philosophical levels.

Empirical level

With the help of empirical (sensual) knowledge scientists have the opportunity to establish contact with reality, gaining knowledge about certain events. No less important is the identification of the properties of certain objects or processes monitored (primary empirical). The implementation of this category of scientific knowledge is possible only through sensation, perception and representation. And here is particularly important: clarity and objectivity, sensitivity, playback of external properties.

Theoretical knowledge

It is Important to note that the theoretical level-is a system of scientific knowledge. This field defines the basic concepts, categories and laws. It is particularly important to be able to think, to be an expert of logical operations and, despite everything, to be able to rely on the sensory level of cognition. However, this level is also divided:

1. The fundamental theory. Here we are talking about the ideal and abstract objects.
2. Theories that describe a particular area of reality on the basis of the previous component.

When it comes to that, what is the structure of scientific knowledge and what it implies, we should never forget that the theoretical side focused on the explanation of objective reality, but it describes not reality, but something perfect.

Philosophical level

Those people who own philosophy, often tend significantly more likely than others to understand certain science. And this is due to the fact that it is a rather specific ability, which allows to grasp the scientific truth without any reliance on logic and scientific evidence. This level refers to the category that generates the greatest amount of controversy and debate. This exacerbated the issues about the thin line that cannot be drawn between the empirical and theoretical levels, about the justification of a particular scientific theory. And it is this level pushes towards the need to master the basic scientific knowledge without which it becomes even harder to determine what directly represents the structure of scientific knowledge.

Principal in scientific knowledge

Regardless of how long you stay in science, the definition information everyone should know. Therefore, the following types of knowledge:

1. Everyday knowledge – they are conditioned by personal experiences and are based on common sense. This particular the basis of domestic relations. The structure of scientific knowledge relies exclusively on the empirical level.

2. Practical knowledge – based on direct action, the mastery of certain things and transforming the world.

3. Art – the basis of this knowledge is the way.

4. Scientific knowledge – there is no reason in the concepts.

5. Rational – involves the reflection of reality in a variety of logical concepts.

6. Irrational – a direct reflection of reality that does not obey the laws of science and logic.

7. Personal knowledge – dependent on the core abilities of the person and his specific intellectual activity.

The Structure of scientific knowledge is a question that deserves attention and detailed consideration.
