Sound sleep and the neck is not sick - an inflatable pillow helped

Many words of praise are said about the "darling, white pillow." But, of course, not about any, but the most convenient. There are some that you can't sleep on. Like Masha from the cartoon, who quarreled with her own pillow. Size is not as important here as form and content. Instead of a shell stuffed with different materials, an inflatable pillow can also inspire sweet dreams. It turns out that when we use an ordinary pillow, we sleep incorrectly (from the point of view of the state of the musculoskeletal system). If you remember the lessons of human anatomy, you probably noticed that normally the crown of the skull, neck and spine as a whole are connected by one straight line. The perfect pillow helps to maintain this line during sleep. But if it is too hard, the cervical spine bends and raises the head excessively. On the contrary, if the pillow is too soft, the unsupported neck bends down. The consequences of this shift are multifaceted. Due to the additional load on the intervertebral discs, the risk of osteochondrosis increases. The neck muscles are in a state of spasm, blood circulation is disrupted, and therefore the supply of oxygen to the head. In general, this condition is experienced by all tissues of the body, since the curvature of the respiratory tract makes it difficult for air to enter the lungs. What does an inflatable pillow have to do with it? It is universal in this regard. It can always be pumped up to achieve greater hardness, and vice versa, that is, to adjust the position of the head more flexibly, reducing the harmful load as much as possible. Another negative "downside" of a soft pillow is the filler: either traditional (down and feather) or modern synthetic. Both types are more or less excellent provocateurs of allergic reactions. Fillers close to ideal, unfortunately, are much more expensive and not everyone can afford. What is good about an inflatable pillow here: its filler is always at hand, and in unlimited quantities. Often, you do not need a pump to bring it into working condition, your own lungs are enough. And compared to swan and goose down inhabited by dust mites, the compressed air is perfectly clean. A kind of familiar bedding item is an inflatable collar pillow. It helps out a lot on long journeys when you have to travel sitting down. In this position, the muscles of the neck and the base of the head are forced to experience a lot of stress. Because of this tension, it is almost impossible to fully relax and unwind. The collar pillow, firstly, removes muscle tension, and secondly, fixes the neck and head in the correct position. This position is conducive to a relaxed and deep sleep. Inflatable swimming cushions are of great benefit, allowing children under three years old to take water treatments. And not only at home, but also outdoors (if the depth of the reservoir is not more than a meter). Bathing in infancy is very important, because it is not so much a hygienic procedure as a wellness one. The problem arises only from the fact that the baby does not yet know how to keep his head above water. An inflatable pillow in the form of a collar around the neck gently supports the child without discomfort, and gradually all his worries about water disappear. It is not uncommon for kids who bathed with inflatable pillows to start swimming on their own before walking.
