A group of "Commissioner" and her journey

In the early 90's in a musical environment, new team – a group of “Commissioner”. In its creation was attended by several people. One of them was then known in show business poet Valery Sokolov. He will be the author of six songs from the first album of the group and longtime producer of the team. Composer "Commissioners" became Leonid Velichkovsky, previously, he was a keyboard player in the group «Technology». Also included Alexey Shchukin, it was then known DJ largest Moscow discos “Class”. Arranger was Vadim Volodin, that he was doing the first album.

“Commissioner” - agree that the name is pretty brutal. Before eyes at once there is a sort of political Commissar in a leather jacket who's used to getting his work, not relying on outside help. It should be noted that this principle has chosen for himself and the members of the team. They were doing their own PR and not used cheap  techniques in the promotion. Policy the guys unambiguous – they have to please people only by their creativity. And they succeeded. Group “Commissioner” were able to Express themselves, without having a single album to its credit. The concert organizers are gladly invited them, knowing that a full house will be guaranteed. And, in principle, at that time there was only one super song “Commissioner” - “You go”, she is still the hallmark of the team.

In early 1991, the band is performing at all the festivals, major concerts and hit parades. In the summer of this same year appeared the long-awaited recording of the first album, it was called "Our time has come”. The team travels throughout Russia with solo performances. In September they are invited to the festival “a Star rain”, which is broadcast on RTR channel, and they are successfully leading in the first round. And in October receive the award “cheers”.

Between 1991 and 1993 was truly a star for the team “Commissioner”. The group photo which was in all the magazines, on calendars and posters, engaged in an endless tour, audio tapes of their recordings were sold in huge numbers. They became laureates at festivals «Golden key» and «Star rain" of winners at the festival "soundtrack". But the next two years were a period of recession and personal crisis. Sales and the number of concerts has decreased significantly, and only by the end of 1997 they had their first messenger of a new success – it was a song called “What…”. Behind her pulled out another song – “Rubbish”, she has a new album, released in 1998. It was a great success! Group “Commissioner” once again involved in all the charts. She got a second wind thanks to the author of these two songs – poet and composer Sergei Kuznetsov. And a large part of the success belonged to the new arranger A. Kirpichnikova, with his help, the group obtained a new meaning.

Inspired by the successful results, in 2000, releasing another album under the name “Commissioner-2000” or “Music of the new Millennium”. This album falls into a sales leader on the market of MC and CD. The year 2002 was marked by the signing of a contract with a records label “ADR” and release license plate album “Love – poison”. The eponymous song is removed their first music video, Director is Sergei Bondarchuk. Some time the clip is actively scrolls on the Central TV channels, but then the company PR is terminated, and the group, paying off the investment in the promotion of the money, the contract with “ADR” breaks. The musicians again go into free float.

Since 2003 the collective is engaged in between tours, and from time to time they come out with new songs. Then they begin cooperation with the company “Monolith”, which was quite productive. He published a collection called “a pirate”, the first album MP-3 “Group Commissioner-2010”, which includes the most famous songs in twenty years the group's activities. Then came another album – “Romance-2010” that included old and new songs “Commissioner”.
