A Large role in defending national economic interests played by the activity of business unions, their civil reasonable balanced position, aimed, on the one hand, dialogue with the government, and on the other the readiness to firmly defend its legal rights. In the field of food security, one of the defining factors of these relations is the economic efficiency of grain production.

In terms of the Economics of innovation, modern trends of globalization and internationalization of economic efficiency of grain production as the problem of food in General, remains unresolved. Moreover, in today's Internet community, numerous information on international processes of production and consumption, including food, remains an unsolved problem of information management to the production of such important products as food and feed grain.

Our study aims to show the world of science and practice as obviously solvable and relevant is today the efficiency of production in the agricultural segment of the economy and information the problem of estimating important trends of the world grain market. Only after the decision of such tasks it is possible to honestly deal with other problems of control in social systems.

In the early autumn of 2010, FAO (food and agriculture Organization of the United Nations) reported that the food crisis is not expected, although international food markets will be unstable, as it decreases the efficiency of food production. However, a global trend of a sharp rise in the price of food in late 2010 and early 2011 made experts from that organization to talk about a new food crisis. The latest report of FAO in this sense, disappointing. World prices in the food sector reached a record milestone in January 2011, when the FAO index has increased over the month by 3.4% and amounted to 231 point.

Increase the expectation of such a crisis today and the emerging trends in the world grain market and the relative efficiency of production at enterprises of agricultural processing.

At the heart of this view lies the obvious effect of the world market of grain of most other segments of the global food market, where grain is used as raw materials (flour, cereals, etc.) or as feed for livestock and poultry.

Speaking on the emerging today the most important trends in the world grain market, they are, in the authors ' estimation, following.

The Main grain producers - China and India - are increasingly becoming importers of wheat and corn. It is caused by the following reasons:

- in recent years the growth of food demand in these countries caused by the rising income of the population.

with the backlog of grain production in these countries from rising domestic consumption;

with the deterioration in these countries in recent years, natural conditions in the regions of commercial grain production.

However, both countries increase attention to national grain production:

- China has invited in the country, Asia's largest company engaged in the organization of industrial cultivation of corn, has attracted international expertise to establish modern enterprises for the production of forage harvesters and increase their production efficiency.

India is not yet possible to solve the problem of more effective use of their acreage, which account for about 10% of the world wedge. It is primarily the impossibility of mechanization of agricultural production, when one farm has on average 1.5 hectares of arable land.

The Basic countries-exporters of grain, according to experts of the International grains Council will not be able in the coming years to increase production of basic grains in the global market - wheat, corn and rice.

The Trend, already manifested in the countries-exporters of grain from the southern hemisphere (Australia, Argentina), shows that yields of grain crops in exporting countries in the 2012/2013 planting year can be low due to weather reasons.

In a number of countries-exporters of grain from the Northern hemisphere for reasons of poor weather last year and the institutional context failed to create reserves for planting high-quality seed material.

Individual countries exporting significantly raised in late 2011, the price of grain from stocks of previous years and could not sell it profitably.

A Number of exporting countries (Russia, Ukraine) have banned or restricted the export of its grain, which also leads to higher prices in the grain market.

To summarize the identified major trends in the grain market, it is possible to formulate some conclusions:

- the offer of grain on the world market in 2012 will fall and demand will naturally grow more and more;

- most of the grain will not be able to weaken the necessity of importing grain at the expense of domestic production growth for natural and economic conditions, but the currency reserves to increase purchases from them will be absent;

- the current situation, when exporters will not be able to offer the requested number of cheap grain, while importing countries can't buy because of the cost, the amount of grain;

- actually, the problem is impossibleto grow and to offer developing countries-importers of grain at such a cost that for a large part of the world's grain harvest to achieve the agreed prices in the international market;

- weather conditions of 2012, as in previous years, will largely affect the results of grain production.
