Thermonuclear bomb and its history

In early August, 1945 an atom bomb was dropped on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. Three days later, the same "gift" from the United States received and Nagasaki. Because of the explosions and the effects of radiation, died and died a few hundred thousand civilians. Almost all of the survivors left disabled forever. The Thermonuclear bomb –  useful, but at the same time, an eerie invention of design ideas. Being the most powerful weapon, it forces the state to live in peace, but at what cost? After all, if the world is achieved by resolving disagreements –  this one, and if the world is forced, it is quite another. The cold war, of course, is long over, but still many political scientists and military historians do not exclude the possibility of a new major military conflict in which nuclear powers use their main weapon, and the world as it is now understood will come to an end. But this, of course, only theory.
