Man – this is the highest creation of nature, its ruler. People fly into space to do science, create and destroy, improve and simplify. However, man, in its anatomical and physiological structure, belongs to the class of mammals. From animal people distinguished only the presence of mind. If civilization, everything that man has created over the millennia of their presence on Earth will die, it is our most varied requests: spiritual, aesthetic, social, creative will remain only the physiological needs-things that are common around the world.

In human behavior there are two parties that are very related to each other: regulation and incentive. That is the motivation connected with needs and motives, makes a man behave properly. The main source of human activity-his needs, they stimulate behavior, send it to the desired search. Need – it is the condition of the individual when he needs certain conditions, which it is not enough for normal development and existence. We can say that a person is constantly in a state of poverty, that every time is filled with concrete content (subject to requirements).

No matter How high the spiritual aspirations of man, he must eat to maintain vitality; to sleep, to restore them; to drink to not die of dehydration of the body; to satisfy the instinct of reproduction that has not gone the human race.

No matter the heights has made progress, without the full satisfaction of these basic natural needs and the quality of life of every individual will be low. At the time it became a popular theory of psychologist Abraham Maslow from the United States. He brought the theory of human needs, the so-called «pyramid of needs". The scientist claimed that physiological needs are the most important, basic. If they do not meet, it can lead to the destruction of the whole organism, disease, death, finally. In order to survive, man need quite a few, but to feel comfortable, to be healthy and live a long life, you need a few more.

Anatomical and physiological needs of a human – is a set of conditions under which it is possible to survive:

physical existence, if not disasters, hunger and serious diseases.

- thermal comfort, a safe level of radiation (constant normal body temperature);

- clean air (composition, which does not lead to anomalies of a genetic plan);

- drinking water with necessary chemicals;

a good, restful sleep and absence of stress.

- healthy, nutritious, delicious food.

Only when these needs are met, there are needs for security, recognition, etc. If a person has good sleeping, eating, appeased the thirst of water and oxygen, it acquires the physiological needs of a higher level. These include sexual needs. Without it, nobody will die, but the frustration of sexual desires leads to disruption in the human psyche, and even deformation.

The Satisfaction of basic needs – a very important part of life, but if you only leave it, what will distinguish us from animals? The physiological needs of our body we can feel without the help of other people. We definitely felt hunger, fatigue, lack of air or water. But how to satisfy the thirst of fame alone, having someone to share creative success, triumph sports victories?

The Spiritual need for faith and love, a sense of conscience, unselfish service to the idea, and the people aspiration to knowledge, creativity, perfection, self-realization – it is peculiar to man.

Human needs – a broader concept than physiological. It includes all spectrums of spiritual and conscious activity of man. These needs are limitless, and meet their people can only be in the company of their kind.
