For the hundredth time already convinced that cooking in pots is very convenient, dishes are tasty, just melt in your mouth. In addition, the cooking process does not require constant monitoring. So today we will have chicken in the pot.

For patago meals we will need chicken meat (here the choice is yours, I prefer the thighs, so I took 6 chicken thighs on the number of pots you can use chicken wings or fillet), 6 medium potatoes (one potato for each Cup), 3 large onions, red bell pepper, salt and spices to taste (I have a seasoning for chicken), 100 ml cream (average fat content – up to 22%), 50 grams of tomato sauce, 60 grams of butter, herbs (preferably dill and parsley).

To the chicken in the pot is dry, you have to pre-soak in cold water for an hour. Next, the ham, RUB with salt and spices. Potatoes wash, peel and cut into cubes. Onions finely shinkuem. On the bottom of the pot put one thigh, place potatoes and onion, pour cream, put the peppers (cut it into strips) and butter, add a little water and tomato sauce, salt and close the lid. Similarly, fill the rest of the 5 pots. Most importantly, do not pour much water, otherwise the soup. Baked chicken in the pot about half an hour. The finished dish liberally sprinkle with herbs. To the table can be served directly in the pot, so delicious. You can additionally prepare a vegetable salad as desired. Similarly, you can cook a chicken in the pot.

Actually, the chicken refers to dietary meat. Its value, of course, inferior to the Turkey meat, but also is a useful product. At least chicken digestibility is superior to beef and pork.

Want another recipe to offer – chicken in the pot with the vegetables. Ingredients bring the calculation into two portions. For cooking we will need 2 chicken leg, 2 eggplant, 1 medium-sized carrot, medium onion, 2 ripe tomatoes, a bunch of any greens, green onions, tomato sauce, spices for chicken, salt and a couple cloves of garlic.

Divide the Ham into small pieces (can be directly from the seeds), eggplant, peeled, cut into cubes. Carrot RUB on a coarse grater, garlic and onions finely shinkuem. All these vegetables and meat fry until soft on medium heat, pour tomato paste or sauce, sprinkle with salt and flavoured with spices. Then put in pots, add a little boiled water and sent to languish in the oven for an hour. Don't forget that pots should be put in a cold oven, to avoid a sudden drop of temperature. Tomatoes we scald with boiling water, remove the skins and RUB through a sieve. This tomato mix mixed with green onion and rest of herbs. 5 minutes until cooked take out the pot and pour the tomato mixture with the parsley. That's all, chicken with vegetables ready. In this recipe you can use any veggies, pretty well with a young zucchini and broccoli. You can use regular cabbage.

Chicken Meat with the same success can be replaced by another form, for example, pork or beef. I think that the fish are delicious to be in pots, but never prepared it this way.

The recipes in pots are good because you do not need to spin for hours over the stove waiting for dinner, everything is simple - put in all the ingredients, pour a small amount of water and sent into the oven to bake. The main thing is to learn how to handle clay pot that is not cracked. And the rest of the skills will come with time and experience.
