The Syndrome Kandinsky-clerambault (also known as syndrome of mental automatism hallucinatory-paranoid syndrome) is a painful mental state, characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia. Cenestopaticheski (touch) automatisms are complexes of sensations arising from the patient because of the alleged external forces. Many such feelings are pretentious and unusual – for example, bursting, throbbing, twisting.

Kinesthetic (motor) automatisms are called mental disorders in which the patient is convinced against his will, by means of an imposed force are all movements that he does. Treatment of the syndrome Kandinsky-clerambault is combined therapy with psychotropic drugs (triftazin, Haloperidol) and psychotherapy, with subsequent rehabilitation course.

As paranoid schizophrenia, which belongs to the syndrome recurs, the prognosis is little favourable. However, the direct observer, and the discoverer of syndrome V. H. Kandinsky specifies (in accordance with personal experience) for periods of remission.
