Adahan Madumarov, Kimsanbaevich – popular statesman, the Chairman of the party "Butun Kyrgyzstan", widely known in Kyrgyzstan for its political activity. Historian and lawyer by training, he has a good command not only of the Kyrgyz language, but some other: Kazakh, Russian, Uzbek and English.

Future policy 9.03.1965 was Born in the village of Kurshab (Uzgen district, Osh oblast, Kirghiz SSR). In 1982, after graduating from high school in his native village, he got a job working in a farm "Kaynar" in his own district, where in 1983 he was called for military service in the Soviet army. After his discharge in 1985, he returned to work on the same farm.
In 1987, Adahan Madumarov, Kimsanbaevich became a student of the Tver state University, after which in 1992 he received the diploma of the historian-teacher of history and social science, I became an assistant Republican press Minister, and then took the post of editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Turk Alamy".
In 1994, he progressed from the simple to the chief editor and led the editorial on child and youth programs at the Republican national state broadcasting company.
By 1995, he had worked in this state-owned companies political columnist of the main Directorate of the television.
Political activity
In 1995, Adahan Madumarov, Kimsanbaevich was elected the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was a member of this legislature until 2005 (first through third convocations), headed the Committee on social policy, labor and veterans. During this period madumarova managed to get a second higher education, legal, within the walls of Kyrgyz national state University. He graduated from this University in 1999.

In April 2005, he was appointed the acting Prime-Minister of Republic. In 2006–2007 Kimsanbaevich Adahan Madumarov held the position of Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2007 to October 2008 he was speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan of the fourth convocation. In the period from 5.11.2008 on 26.11.2009 Madumarov was the acting Secretary of the national security Council.
In 2010, he headed a political party "Butun Kyrgyzstan", which translated from Kyrgyz language means "United Kyrgyzstan".
In August 2013, Adahan Madumarov, Kimsanbaevich took the post of Deputy Secretary General of the cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries.
About the personal life and awards policy
Madumarov is married and has two sons. Senior call Nurmuhammed, Junior – Dinmuhammed.
For the achievements Madumarov received numerous awards, including a Russian medal "For merit". It handed over policy in February 2007. The company informed the Union of writers of Kyrgyzstan Madumarov was awarded "Golden Pen" - a special sign that is accompanied by an honorary diploma.
Given an outstanding contribution to the process of formation of information space of the Commonwealth of Independent States Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS presented Adahan kimsanbaevich the gold medal of the "Tree of Friendship".
