One of the brightest annual events is the regional youth forum «Molgard”. Hundreds of young people gather in Voronezh. House of youth, where initiative center, organizes the work of the forum in one of the rustic camps. This event in 2016 has gathered more than 400 participants aged 18 to 30 years.

The forum is held at several venues, traditionally the most lively are those which offer discussions, new projects or creative practices. Fun and laughter was accompanied by the KVN, but a thoughtful and careful attitude to the city was generated in space for the solution of urban problems.

The Main purpose of the forum is to promote ideas and projects born in the environment of youth. For young teachers the most interesting and useful project was ‘Pedagogical train”. The idea is that teachers with lots of experience could share their experience with younger colleagues, were given the opportunity to learn the secrets of the profession.

The participants tell about the creative atmosphere that prevailed at each site. Many liked the opportunity to exchange views and experiences. Practical benefits brought by the generation of a large array of new ideas, which you can later apply in their daily work.
