Grinberg Ruslan Semyonovich was born in 1946. His specialty is “Economy of foreign countries”. Passed the postgraduate course in oil and gas named after G. V. Plekhanov. Ruslan Grinberg-the initiator and active participant of the economic transformations. Chairman of the Committee on CIS National investment Council. Is the chief editor «the World of change”. Our hero - President of the Russian branch of the organization ECAAR. He is also the Chairman of the editorial Board of the newspaper «Property relations”. Our hero is awarded the Order Friendship, medals «the 850th anniversary of Moscow” and “the Veteran of work”.
