Same-sex marriages in Russia and abroad

For anybody not a secret that same-sex marriages – the notion that occur every year more and more often. At the moment in some countries, people with nonconventional orientation can join each other in marriage, and legally.

This early society was ashamed because people tend to love and affection is not the opposite sex. But now such a stereotype is destroyed, all accustomed to the fact that people – a mysterious creature and, in some way, extraordinary. If you are talking about our country, same-sex marriages in Russia are not officially recognized and not prescribed in the law. However, modern society is still arguing on this issue. In 2003 there was an attempt among gay people to legalize their relationship, after discussions divorced even more. In recognition of the fact that the Union can be between a man and a woman and between homosexuals, and in 2005 entered into a marriage the member of the parliamentary Assembly and the chief editor of a famous gay magazine. But a few days later, the Union counted as invalid, but after a few weeks was denied by the district Court in the appeal of this action. In 2009, repeated attempts to register their marriage to women, but the result failed.

The Most developed countries on this issue are Western and Northern Europe. And in many places same-sex marriages can have the same benefits as traditional relationship. At the moment a lot of debate on this topic, but no one is immune from the fact that his child will be “nice guy” or “a weak woman who needs men's support”. Love, respect and desire, because these guides are the sources of a long and happy life. By the way, many scientists have proved that same-sex marriages – the best unions, who are less likely subjected to divorce. In such families children are born (are adopted, ozocerite or nurtured by a surrogate mother), which differ mind, ingenuity and all around the a step ahead than the children of conventional marriage. So, Russia should weigh all the "pros" and "cons" before making the controversial decision.
