The Noginsk drama theater: history, repertoire and troupe

The Noginsk drama theater welcomed its first audience in the first half of the 20th century. On the stage are performances for audiences of different ages: children, youth, adults and family-safe.

Theatre History

In the town of Bogorodsk (now Noginsk) in 1914 opened the cinematograph. Here showed films with the participation of famous actors of the time. And on weekends were Amateur performances. Cinematography townspeople enjoyed great popularity. As the actors were enthusiastic, engaged in the theatrical circles in workers ' clubs. The Theater continued to operate even in the harsh war years. The actors in ensembles-teams traveled to hospitals and military units with the performances.

In the fifties the Noginsk drama theater was considered the largest in the Moscow region cultural institution. The tour geography of the troupe has expanded.

The Sixties were for theater heavy. The building has been a long-term reconstruction. In the troupe of fifteen actors. But the theatre survived and continued his career.

In the seventies, the troupe has replenished with talented graduates of the higher theatre schools of our country: Vakhtangov, Moscow art theatre, GITIS, Schepkin. The latter constitutes the basis and the current group.
