Management today – a very popular research area because of its application in various fields should lead to the mobilization of financial, material and intellectual resources. And this is commercially profitable. But do management education? Or in this field you can easily do without it?

Management in the education system – this is the norm in Western Europe. It is believed that without the proper organization of the team does not work to achieve a high level of student academic achievements. Management in education is necessary because only with its help can be taken informed decisions. Interestingly, in the process of their adoption, according to Western experts, is obliged to participate every teacher. The administration needed most in order to select the most rational proposals and to implement them within a school, University or other educational institution.

  2. Efficiency annual management cycle.
  3. Analysis of the effectiveness of methodical work.
  4. Evaluating the overall quality of education and teaching for key items.
  5. The analysis of the interaction of the school with parents of students;
  6. The performance of educational institutions with various community organizations.
  7. Evaluation of the level of education of students.
  8. Analysis of compliance with sanitary standards.
  9. The results of the implementation of the educational program.

Its main functions – the organization, planning, motivation and control. Management in education is primarily to provide all stakeholders with information on the activities of the system. Based on this information are making decisions and planning future activities. Management in education has as its objective the selection of optimal solutions and development of various educational institutions.

The school Management or the University should be carried out in three stages. The first stage is the diagnosis given and estimated, the second – data is collected through a variety of sociological methods, and the third – made final conclusions about the situation and ways of improvement. Without management, it is hardly possible to achieve good results in any way. And training is no exception.
