What are the forms of entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is one of the forms of economic activities. It is individual human activity and its associations, the purpose of which is profit. The entrepreneur can engage in completely different activities if it is not contrary to law. There are also forms of entrepreneurship, which are classified into public and private. Public forms include  corporations, and private – individual entrepreneurs.

Individual entrepreneurship as a form of entrepreneurship – persons who carry out Commerce activity on the basis of ownership, which is owned by the business. Also for this commercial activity entrepreneur take full responsibility.

SP is the overwhelming share among all forms of entrepreneurship. But the share of turnover funds of this type are not very significant. The prevalence of individual entrepreneurship due to strong motivation, a simple organization, flexibility and efficiency. If the sole proprietor is the sole owner, he gets the whole income, and this in turn an effective incentive to move forward in life. Basically, SP is close to the demands of the market. These forms of business work directly with suppliers and customers. Individual entrepreneurs carry out their production in a small scale, but quickly focused on the production, which is in great demand. But SP has its drawbacks.
