The rule of law - what is it?

Despite the fact that the legislation of the Russian Federation is well developed, every year many of the Federal laws changing. 1. All citizens can and even required when performing any action rely on the legislative base of the country, including various codes.

2. All legal acts, decrees of the government, as well as other regional laws must conform to basic Federal laws of the Russian Federation. Any citizen has the ability and the right to sue if it finds that a normative act or other document does not comply with the law.

As you can see, thanks to these characteristics, the rule of law is the law implemented in practice. In any court on the basis of the legislative framework, and only then, in the event of disputes, regional laws. If any acts contrary to the basic law, they are void. In this case, the legislator is obliged in the shortest time to change the documents in accordance with the law.
