Gulash – Hungarian national dish. Now it is popular all over the world. Some recipes added the other ingredients, and they have become a little different from the classic version. Goulash soup of beef can replace a complete meal, combining the first and second dish.

For its preparation we need the flesh of beef. It is necessary to wash, dry and cut into medium-sized cubes. Onions we cut small pieces and fry in a pan with the addition of lard. When it becomes Golden brown, you need to pour to it the paprika. All mix well to onion, paprika and fat are well mixed.

Now add to the pan the chopped meat, salt and spices to taste. Fry the meat over high heat to form a brown crust. After that, pour in the pan a little water and simmer the meat for about one hour.

Meanwhile, prepare remaining ingredients. Cut arbitrary shape carrots. Cut sweet pepper. Garlic should be cleaned and chopped, tomatoes cut into cubes. If you don't like, when the dish is the skin from the tomatoes, they should be blanched. This put them five minutes in boiling water, then put in cold water. Do not forget before these actions to incise the skin crosswise. After these simple manipulations it can be easily removed.

When beef goulash stew, add to it the chopped vegetables and pour a little hot water. Simmer about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, clean and cut into cubes the potatoes. We add it last. Cover the bowl with a lid and wait for the potatoes to be ready. Then turn off the stew of beef, but served on the table after a while. There is a dish to infuse. We cooked a real Hungarian goulash. Thanks to the paprika and tomatoes it has a beautiful rich color.

If you want to make hot beef, this dish is the best option. The stew is very hearty and nutritious, and is prepared easily and quickly. 

And now prepare the beef goulash is an Austrian. For its preparation we will need about 700 grams of beef. It is better to take fresh or even a steam room. It is necessary to rinse well and dry using paper towel. Next, cut the meat into small cubes to make it easy to eat. Now 3-4 onions clean and cut into thin rings. Lemon zest grated in a separate bowl until set aside.

We'll also need 700-800 ml beef broth (you can substitute with diluted cubes). Put on the fire a frying pan and fry the onion until it becomes transparent. Add to it two tablespoons of paprika and mix well. Now pour a tablespoon of vinegar and two tablespoons of broth. Put the meat in the pan and add salt. Sprinkle the dish with lemon zest. Next, you need to peel the garlic (you can do this in advance) and squeeze it through a press into the pan. Beef goulash from this combination of ingredients is incredibly flavorful. All mix well and cover with a lid. Our leave the dish to stew for about 40 minutes. Sometimes you need to interfere with the goulash and add the broth to prevent it from burning.
