Renal pressure, symptoms of which consist of many factors, is essentially the arterial hypertension caused by diseases of the renal parenchyma or renal blood vessels. About 30-35% of people suffering from hypertension people with comorbid kidney disease, for which there is a persistent increase in pressure, because pressure and kidneys are often interrelated.

Nephrogenic hypertension is divided into two types: renovascular and parenchymal and they both affect kidney pressure. The symptoms can be very vague and often taken for other diseases. Renovascular hypertension develops due to unilateral or bilateral stenosis or occlusion of the renal artery and its branches. Renovascular hypertension can be either acquired or congenital in nature. Parenchymal hypertension, the vast majority of cases due to bilateral chronic pyelonephritis or other renal diseases, such as nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), tuberculosis, tumours, cysts, hydronephrosis, polycystic disease and several other diseases.

On average, renovascular hypertension occurs in 5-12% of persons suffering from arterial hypertension. There are a few main congenital causes of renovascular hypertension, which include: aneurysm, dysplasia and other pathological anomalies of renal artery arteriovenous fistula. Among the reasons characteristic of acquired forms of renovascular hypertension include: renal artery stenosis as a consequence of atherosclerosis, changes of renal arteries because of the progressive nephroptosis, embolism or thrombosis of renal arteries or their branches, panarteritis, compression of the arteries of the kidney from outside (tumors, cysts, etc.).

The Symptoms and clinical manifestations of renovascular hypertension.

Renovascular hypertension occurs among all age groups but is most common in people under 50 years of age (93% of all cases). The most frequent lesion of the renal artery is atherosclerotic sclerosis. This kind of disease is mostly found among males aged 35 to 40 years. In women the main etiological factor of the disease is fibromuscular renal artery stenosis and is found among the young women.

Renal pressure, symptoms of which are characterized by sudden appearance and rapid (often malignant, in 18-30% of cases). Hypertension is accompanied by very high levels of diastolic blood pressure (mm Hg 110-125.St. and more); rarely may cause crisis. Renovascular hypertension is detected more often by accident.

Diagnosis

To recognize the presence of renovascular hypertension, there should be three stages of the study. In the first phase identifies the need for aortography. It is necessary to gather a detailed medical history, use other clinical methods. In anamnesis often there is a lack of the hereditary nature of the disease, the appearance of hypertension after pain in the lumbar region. Kidney pressure, symptoms of which are always blurred, it is very difficult diagnosed and requires immediate treatment to the doctor at the first signs.

The Second stage involves performing aortography and arteriography of the kidneys and, if there are any changes in the kidneys, is blood sampling from the renal veins. The blood is examined for activity of plasma renin in the next stage of diagnosis.

The Last stage of the survey is to attempt to determine the dependence of hypertension revealed pathological changes in the renal artery. To prove this point of view apply methods of isotope renography, urography excretory and research activity of renin. In 8-10% of cases patients develop powerful collateral circulation that compensates the functional impairment of the affected kidney.

Treatment

Renal pressure, treatment of folk remedies which can only lead to the development of serious complications, should be corrected through surgical intervention, whose goal is the restoration of the main blood circulation of renal arteries.
