Trigance (tablets)

"Trigance" (tablets) is a combined analgesic drug.

Indications for taking the medication are: symptomatic treatment of pain in the abdomen – colic (hepatic, renal, intestinal), irritable bowel syndrome (accompanied by spastic contractions of smooth muscle membrane), and dysmenorrhea.

"Trigance" (tablets) are assigned for short-term relief of pain with myalgia, neuralgia, arthralgia, sciatica, and after diagnostic or operative interventions. This medicine effectively helps to cope with fever accompanying catarrhal disease.

A Standard regimen of medication for patients over the age of twelve years – one to two pills up to four times in one day. Use the tool at least fifteen minutes before eating. It is strictly forbidden to take more than two tablets at a time.

If you experience acute pain medication is an intramuscular injection (parenteral) two milliliters four times per day.

The Course of treatment should not be more than five days.

- redness and dryness of the skin, urinary incontinence, manifestation of allergic reactions, inhibition of the function of hematopoiesis.

Contraindications pharmaceutical agent "Trigance" (tablet):

- acute bleeding in cases of unstable cardiovascular system;

glaucoma;

- reflux-ezofagit;

- the presence of obstructive diseases of the liver, gastrointestinal tract or urinary system;

- the lack of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase;

acute colitis (ulcerative);

- cardiovascular failure (decompensated).

- serious renal and hepatic functions;

- failures of the hematopoietic system;

- age of patient less than twelve years;

- individual hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any other component of the drug "Trigance", which is quite extensive.

The tool is contraindicated during pregnancy. If there is a need of taking medication for the woman, breastfeeding, feeding at the time of its use, it is recommended to suspend.
