Social infrastructure

A Collection of activities that contribute to the complex expression of human personality in the process of identifying its needs in providing various types of services – social infrastructure. The definition of this concept is built on the existence of such forms of human activity, they need to meet the needs in work and material security.

There are several approaches to the solution of questions of internal construction and classification of parts, which includes the social structure. The basic approach involved the consideration of three functional task blocks:

1) socio-political and cultural activities, which includes education, science, art, activity in the field of media and culture.

2) the Maintenance and restoration of health of citizens – health, sports, tourism and environmental protection.

3) public services-housing and communal services, trade, public transport.

The Functions of social infrastructure are determined by the objectives of economic development of the whole society: achieving equality in society and harmonious development of the human personality. Of these, the most important and  target,

1) the creation of conditions for progressive tendencies in society;

2) production workforce, which is able to efficiently respond to the needs of society and production levels;

3) the proper use of labor resources;

4) provision of comfortable living conditions of the population;

5) maintain and enhance the physical health of the members of the company;

6) productive use of free time.

Social infrastructure has as its main objective the full development of the human personality in the process of satisfying spiritual and cultural needs. Social infrastructure – is an activity that tries to take into account the major tasks of social policy aimed at improving the lives of people, their well-being and duration of life cycle, the formation healthy and active in any economic sector of the generation. Here, first of all, turn on the resolution of housing problems, liquidation of communal apartments, the public need for quality housing, which is constantly increasing, and increase the quality of development of society as a whole, i.e. the creation of the cultural life of the people. In addition, it is required to monitor the environmental conditions of life and labor, to enhance professionalism of workers of all professions to create social security for the entire population, to meet the needs of society in the necessary products and services while improving the solvency of the population.
