Limited resources is a fundamental principle of economic science

Limited resources and unlimited economic needs form the basis of the movement of the entire economy and expresses the basic principle of economic theory. In fact, the whole economy is to examine how a society with a scarcity of resources decides what to produce, how and for whom. The main goal of production is the most efficient use of their economic opportunities to meet the material needs of man.

Resource Limitations means that the entire amount of the opportunities that are available to individual countries, companies, families, as well as all mankind, will be insufficient to meet the whole range of society's needs.

Arable agricultural land areas for the placement of production facilities, water resources, minerals and fossils, air, flora and fauna-all this has its ultimate limits and very limited ability to recover, and in many ways applies to all nonrenewable natural resources.

The Work of people as a resource, has its limits and is determined by the total number of workers, and the desire and ability to work with tragoudaei and duration of labour time.

The means of production also show the limitation of resources, since the number of buildings, industrial structures, machinery, equipment, production materials are not unlimited. The cycle of development, creation and effective use of the means of production invariably leads to wear and tear, discontinue use and disposal. Secondary resources from recycling can only partially compensate for and recover spent resources earlier.

In such cases the main task is to get the most use of available sufficient resources. For example, in the Russian economy many natural resources becomes insufficient because of extremely inefficient in their use.

Limited economic resources also clearly shows us that people always want more than you can get if you really exist. This contradiction between needs and possibilities forms the pivot around which the entire economic activity. Economic farms of all sizes – from families to large corporations, always have to make a choice what to buy, what to produce and how to spend their resources that are always limited.
