General information

12. The Specifics of the engineering equipment in the building, relative to which the development of documentation. This section describes the location of water and electricity, gas, ventilation, lightning conductors and so on.

Tasks of the authorized body

A division of the Ministry of emergency situations maintains records of declarations on paper and in electronic form. The authorized persons make a list of necessary adjustments, enter information about the declarations within 1 business day from the date of awarding the documentation of the registration number. Emergency workers carry out the verification of the correctness of paperwork. In the absence of inconsistencies with statutory requirements, the Declaration shall be registered by entering the required information in the list. In the presence of defects, the documentation is returned to the owner with bringing motivated reasons for the rejection. Not later than 3 days from the date of assignment Declaration of one copy is sent to the owner of the structure, the other is the division of EMERCOM.

Registration number

It is assigned to each Declaration. Room structure is divided into three parts. The first consists of the numerical values of the locality and the region code of the Russian Federation, on whose territory the facility. The second part – the sequence number documentation. Declaration of fire safety: validity

The Period during which the documentation is valid will depend on the scheme, its compilation and stated products. The law defines the maximum period-5 years. In such situations, the expiration date is not specified-the securities are recognized as disposable. When you use a schema declaring 2D or 1D is allowed to establish a period of not more than a year. If you use a form of 3D, then the validity period-not more than 3 years. The company's products may be in high demand, or leadership is not planning to produce other products, except those already produced. In these cases, experts recommend to issue documentation for the maximum allowable statutory period. If confidence in stable mass production companies do not have, it is advisable to draw up the Declaration for a period of not more than a year.
