Management decisions are a choice to the leader's goals and highlighting the factors that contribute to their achievement. They can be classified according to certain types of in that case that possess some common characteristic that is common to a large number.

Let us Consider in more detail how is allocated a typology of managerial decisions on a number of indicators that allows to set several groups. They are few, but each has a set of specific features.

The First group. Management decisions are allocated according to the degree of development:

  • Programmed is taken as the result of successive steps according to standard procedures or clear rules, developed in advance.
  • Unprogrammed will require the formation of new procedures or guidelines. Managers need to accept them in a unique and new problem situations.

The Sixth group. Managerial decisions are classified according to the scale of the changes that are made to the organization. On the basis of this parameter that provide:

  • Situation that do not entail global changes and contact you with solving the current problems in the organization;
  • Reorganization include the use of significant measures (restructuring of the entire structure, the development of a strategy in the company).

The Seventh group. Managerial decisions are classified according to their time of action. On the basis of this stand out:

  • Strategic, which is aimed at achieving long-term objectives of the organization;
  • Tactical pursue the implementation of the medium-term, and intermediate objectives of the company;
  • Takes operational head daily in order to achieve short-term goals and to execute the current work in the organization.

The Eighth group. Management decisions can be classified in accordance with the scope of the company. So, there are the following:

  • Production;
  • Marketing;
  • Financial.

Therefore, the quality of managerial decisions will depend on a properly sized type.
