Often called cheesecake  delicious open pie. The classic version is obtained if the filling is cheese. However, today it is possible to meet and  other options. One way or another, but very simple to prepare cheesecake. Recipe it can be found in any cookbooks.

Classic cheesecake. Recipe traditional

To bake real cheesecake you will need 4 cups flour, 4 eggs, a sachet of yeast, sugar, Cup milk, salt, 100g butter (only creamy and slightly softened) 400g cottage cheese, vanilla, half a Cup of sour cream and the same of raisins. First knead the dough. This flour is sifted thoroughly. You need to leave about one-fourth of. Add in the remaining salt, yeast and 3 tablespoons sugar. All this is thoroughly mixed.

Next is a mixer separately beat the eggs with the milk. Only after this mixture is poured in the flour. Butter stoked on a steam bath and poured a thin stream into the dough.
