Fettuccine: recipe shrimp

One of the most favorite dishes is fettuccine with shrimp, which evoke memories of Italy. To prepare, you need to put to cook 340 g fettuccine, and meanwhile to make the sauce. Fettuccine: recipe with mushrooms and yogurt

The Most tender fettuccine obtained in a yoghurt sauce. Boil 300 g of pasta in salted water. In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry 1 shallot, finely chopped (it should be transparent), add the garlic, black pepper, 300 g fresh mushrooms, cut in half, and a spoonful of chopped tarragon leaves. A little bit of everything fry (mushrooms should be soft), add salt. Then pour into the pan a third of a glass of white wine and evaporate until the volume reaches that was before adding the wine. You can then add the Cup of yogurt (it needs to be natural, and according to the original recipe – the goat) and bring to a boil. The sauce is ready. Now it can be mixed with pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan shabby and decorate with sprigs of sage.
