Tula Philharmonic is one of the oldest in Russia. Its Foundation can be attributed to 1937, when the city began to work concert Bureau. History

Tula regional Philharmonic is currently located in the historic centre of the city, in a beautiful building which is a monument of architecture of the twentieth century.
