Then onion, roughly chopped, carrots, grated on a coarse grater, add the mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well in a separate bowl, and place on the rice. The next layer - grated cheese and finally garnish with halves of tomato (optional).

Preheat oven and bake the fish for 35-40 minutes. Then remove the dish and sprinkle chopped dill. Steep the fish for another 15 minutes in the oven. Fish baked with rice, turns out tender, very juicy and amazingly flavorful.
