You will need:

  • Salmon, sirloin  – 500g;
  • Sesame seeds-1tbsp.l.;
  • Egg-2 PCs;
  • Breadcrumbs;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • Spices.

To prepare the sauce:

  • Olives – 20pcs;
  • Milk or cream small fat – 250ml;
  • Mayonnaise-50gr.
