Meat in Italian in tomato sauce

To prepare this dish you will need a not much time. It will only need to marinate meat before cooking, so the taste it is going to be amazing. A pleasant fragrance will spread throughout the house at the beginning of the process. You will need:

Brisket of beef - 1.6 kg;

Dry white Wine - 230ml;

Rosemary - 3 sprigs;

Olive Oil;

Tomato - 0.8 kg;

Garlic - 3 cloves;

Olives - 70 g;

Fresh Basil

Thyme;

Salt

Cut the Meat into pieces of small size. Now to soak the meat in a mixture of white wine and rosemary, then leave it for about an hour. After the specified time, the marinade should be drained, leaving the rosemary. To dry the meat, preheat the pan and put the meat. The pan needs to be deep to provide enough space for the sauce. Now boil some water and put it on a couple of minutes the tomatoes, then remove the skin and grind with a blender or grater. This recipe requires a little time, but the result is worth it. The cooking process takes place on a small fire on the stove. So, ingredients:

Beef - 1.3 kg;

Onion (preferably large) - a couple of heads.

Vegetable Oil - half Cup;

Tomato Sauce - glass;

Wine Vinegar - half a Cup;

Carrot - a pair of pieces;

Potatoes - 5-6 pieces.

First we need to chop the onion cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Then add chopped garlic and salt. Meat should be cut into cubes and add to the pan, in which roasted onions. Then pour the meat with vinegar. When it boil, you should pour the meat with red wine and stew for a bit. Now add the tomato sauce and some water. The liquid should cover the meat completely. If the meat is not covered, add more water as needed. In this form simmer the dish for about an hour. After a specified time add the sliced potatoes, then tomatoes, diced, and shredded thin slices of carrot. Then leave to simmer for another couple of hours on very low heat. Meat in Italian with Parmesan

This cooking method is quite simple and not too time consuming. The meat turns out very soft and delicious. For its preparation it is best to use the neck of the pig. So, the list of products:

Pork Neck - 0.7 kg;

Tomatoes - a few pieces;

Parmesan Cheese - 120 g;

Onion - 1 PC.

Butter;

Mayonnaise;

Salt, spices

First we need to cut the neck into 5-6 small pieces. Then fry them in a skillet on both sides until Golden brown. You can do it without oil to form a crust. Now cut the onion into rings and also fry in the pan, only this time with the addition of oil. Tomato cut into cubes. Meat put on a baking sheet or a baking dish, then on top of it arrange the onion, tomato slices, mayonnaise and sprinkle with a little cheese. Now put in oven and bake for about 46 minutes at 190 degrees. Baked meat turns out juicy and delicious.
