Ingredients:

Ingredients:

- fresh greens, a clove of garlic
- for the sauce, sour cream, and mayonnaise 50/50

Directions: Thoroughly rinse all vegetables, wet paper towel and to release from the middle, including tomatoes. Sweet pepper and salami cut into small cubes, tomatoes, sliced ham and chopped equally fine strips. Cheese chop with a knife or coarsely grate. Squeeze the cloves of garlic in a blender, then add sour cream and mayonnaise and whisk into the sauce. Put all the ingredients in the prepared vessel and mix with the sauce, garnished with selected herbs in its sole discretion.

These salads are good because not take much time to prepare (not more than half an hour), ham gives the dish a rich flavor and goes well with any vegetables, without requiring additional processing.
