For work, we need the following components:
- flour/s – 0.5 kg
- baking powder – 1 tbsp;
whole cow's milk – 120-130 ml;
- the same sugar, sour cream or yogurt (130 g);
- raw chicken eggs-2 PCs.

- butter – 90 g;
- lemon zest (15 g) lemon juice - 2 small spoons.
How to cook muffins with blueberries, lemon
1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and zest.
2. Measure out 4 tbsp flour in another bowl cover the blueberries.
3. Beat the butter and sugar, introducing in the process 1 egg. Add sour cream, lemon juice.
4. Small portions add the flour, rind and baking powder, thoroughly mixed.

How to do these muffins
1. In a voluminous bowl, beat the egg, sugar, add sour cream, beat again and pour in the oil. Continue to beat.
2. Now the flour mix with the baking powder by adding it through a sieve in a mixture of sour cream. Beat with a mixer at low speed. Then add flakes, stir everything with a spoon and leave the dough alone for 15 minutes.
3. Molds (silicone or metal) to butter and fill the dough. The difference of this recipe is that blueberries are not added to a common pot, and will be added separately in the process of filling forms. So, in each serving, first put a spoon of dough, then stuff a few berries (10-12) then again the dough and berries, then another of dough. In the end, the form should be completed on 4/5.
