Stew of lamb, beef or pork is a traditional dish of Hungarian cuisine. Despite the fact that the Russians consider him a second dish, in Hungary, this dish is served as a soup. Nowadays goulash is quite popular in many countries, including in Russia. If you are severely limited on time but want to please their households delicious, flavorful and hearty, we offer the recipe of goulash in the slow cooker.
First you need to prepare the necessary products:
Tomatoes.
Big onion.
Two medium-sized carrots.
Potatoes (enough for 6 pieces).
Vegetable (unrefined) oil.
1 kg of meat (can be pork, beef or lamb).
Fresh or dried herbs.
Red or green bell pepper.
Garlic (couple cloves).
Any spices, Bay leaf, a little salt.
When all the above ingredients are on hand, you can start to prepare the goulash in a slow cooker. Take the prepared meat, thoroughly wash it with water from the tap, and then cut them in large cubes. Multimarochnaya in a saucepan, pour a little oil, and then put back the meat. Select the mode “Cakes”. Set the timer for 40 minutes.
Begin preparing the vegetables. Carrots should be washed and cut into thin strips. The onion and peel the garlic and then chop as small as possible. As soon as you notice that the meat is browned, you can add to it onion, garlic and carrots. So stew in a slow cooker will turn out fragrant and delicious. As for the tomatoes, you can chop with a knife, in a blender or skip through Mincer. Choose the method that's easiest for you.
Once the carrots, onions and garlic are browned, add the tomato twisted. Pour at least 1.5-2 liters of water (definitely not hot). Put the broth, chopped into cubes potatoes. Tightly close the pan multimarochnaya, select the mode “Fighting” and set the timer for 1 hour. After this time you will need to fill up in a pan peppers, sliced. Can add salt and your favorite spices. Again select the instrument mode "Suppression" of the set cooking time – 40 minutes. Goulash in slow cooker is almost ready. Sprinkle it with fresh or dried herbs. But to serve the dish on the table immediately after its preparation is not necessary. It should have some time to infuse with the lid closed.
