When we hear the phrase "stewed potatoes with chicken," we make ourselves a very traditional and even everyday dish. But it can be cooked to make delicious and at the same time, new, original culinary creation. And talk about this article for a few recipes.

To begin we will focus on the classic version of this dish. Take one onion and cut it in small cubes. Similarly, the act of two carrots. Fry these vegetables in a frying pan. Peppers need to be cleaned and cut into cubes. Next, take two chicken Breasts and cut them in medium cubes. Put the saucepan on the fire and wait when the water begins to boil. Then diminish the heat to low so water is barely boiling and leave to stew. Potatoes braised with chicken will be ready in about 35-40 minutes.

In order to cook a dish in the following recipe, you can take a whole chicken carcass. Cut it into serving pieces. Now take a roasting pan or a saucepan with a thick bottom and put it on the fire. Put a few pieces of butter and fry the chicken. When you see the crust, add to the pan the finely chopped onion and diced carrots or grated (as you like). Next, take 150 grams of any mushroom and cut them in small plates. Add them to the pot and pour salt and pepper. Stew chicken and vegetables until the meat is half cooked. Then add the chopped small cubes of potatoes (half a kilogram) and topped up with water. The liquid should cover the potatoes. Cook until cooked. Meanwhile, cut half of the cabbage and when the dish is fully prepared, put it in the pan. There also add three tablespoons of any tomato paste. Mix all ingredients together and add the necessary spices to desire. After 9-10 minutes, stewed potatoes with chicken is ready.

And finally, another simple recipe of this dish with the addition of curry. First, you can do the preparatory work. Take one onion and cut it very finely. Next, one kilogram of chicken breast or any other part of the chicken without bones cut into pieces. Take a pan with a thick bottom and put in it the chopped onion. Make the heat not very large. Then put the chicken pieces. Fry without any fat. After some time, add potatoes (4-5 tubers), cut into large pieces, and 150 grams of leaves of spinach cut into small pieces. Pour into the pan about two teaspoons of curry. All very good stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes without using oil.

Then we add 400 grams of chopped tomatoes and pour 400 ml of water. Waiting for the water to boil, and turn down the fire a little. Simmer for 30 minutes with the lid closed. Then remove the pan from the heat and pour pepper and salt. Add the chopped greens. You can use cilantro and mint. Potatoes with chicken, steamed thus, the result is fragrant and delicious.

Select the option of cooking your own. Adding spices, you can cook more than the original dish. Stewed potatoes with chicken is a hearty dish that can be used even for the guests. Complement it with a light salad of vegetables.
