Music group Slipknot is a mix of Marlyn Manson and Korn, it can be described as nu metal - a new kind of heavy music that emerged in the late 90-ies and widely spread first in the USA and then worldwide. Slipknot fans call themselves magatama (maggots), and the texts of the group are nihilistic and bleak picture of the darkest sides of the human soul.
