The Second version of the dish involves adding oranges. For cooking you will need a pound and a half of portioned pieces of pork on the bone, 4 oranges and one lemon, 200 g of olives without seeds and 5 garlic cloves.

Pork is failed, take 3 large spoons of vegetable broth, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 large spoonful of starch and a teaspoon of dried thyme, salt and pepper.

  • 50 grams of flour;
  • 30 grams of fat, and of course a Bay leaf with salt and pepper. You can also add other spices to the meat to your taste.

Wash the Meat well. Then RUB the pork with spices, salt and pepper, add the juice of a squeezed lemon. In a pan, fry the steak on both sides until Golden brown. Then make tomato sauce. For this finely chop the onion and mushrooms and saute with tomato paste. In the second pan until Golden fry the flour, and then mix it with broth and add to pasiruoses vegetables. Cook all ingredients for 20 minutes and at the end of cooking add salt and add the Bay leaves. Cooked meat pour the obtained sauce. The best side dish will be vegetables and herbs.
