  • Cup beef broth

Respecting all the stages of cooking, you will get a very tender and flavorful gravy. How to cook gravy? First, heat on a slow fire, sunflower oil, adding a spoonful of wheat flour. Separately, mix beef broth and sour cream. Mix broth, flour, wait for a boil and cook the gravy for 10 minutes. In sour cream gravy, add finely chopped greens and salt.

Gravy for potatoes are ready.

Sauce for pasta.

Ingredients.

  • Ground beef (100gr.);
  • 3 onions;
  • Garlic;
  • Cottage cheese;
  • Tomato sauce (50ml);
  • Pepper, salt.

Fry in a pan minced meat. Cleaned onion and finely chop it. Three grated processed cheese. Squeezing through the press two cloves of garlic. In a separate pan fry the onion together with melted cheese, put tomato sauce. Mix everything. To the sauce add the pre-fried beef and pour a bit of water. The gravy simmer for 10 minutes with the lid closed. At the end put the garlic and remove the gravy from heat.

Hot sauce water cooked pasta.
