On a heated pan put the fish fillets skin down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked. Place cucumber salad on plate, top off with mackerel fillets, serve with new potatoes.
The table can be served with a delicious salad of smoked mackerel. For its preparation you will need green salad (leaves), peas, beans, tomatoes, 4 carcasses smoked mackerel without bones and skins.
