For adherents of a healthy lifestyle and those for whom conventional fitness training on standard programs became boring, is a great alternative to test your physical abilities. It's incredibly rich and extremely intensive program for a unique author's technique of the famous American athlete Shaun T-Insanity. Training under this program is a balanced set of strength exercises, cardio and streching. The time each session is strictly limited and makes up to 45 minutes without breaks in the 1st month of training and up to 60 minutes in the 2nd month. The whole program lasts for 60 days.
Insanity-workout are as follows: 6 days of regular classes, Sunday-rest. So for 4 weeks, at the end – 1 week to recover, and another + 1 month of training in the same pattern. Monday first and third week of every 2 months and Sunday the 8th (final) week is devoted to performing a Fit Test. This 26-minute test, consisting of several exercises. The results are recorded in the table: they allow to determine the level of physical preparation at the beginning of the lessons and to track progress in the following weeks workouts. Performing Fit Test is also mandatory before the start of classes, as it helps to determine the readiness of the person to heavy loads.
Each insanity-workout consists of a specific set of exercises. Total of 14 (including fit-test, and 3 additional training), they alternate during the week. Exercises of the first and second month vary in intensity.
