Production sanitation – is a field of knowledge that examines various issues related to working conditions, impact of production factors on the health and status of the health of personnel. Working conditions depend on the production technology, workflow and sanitary environment in which it takes place. Occupational hygiene in the production based on the study of environment and its influence on labor conditions.

The Foundation for healthy working conditions is the competent organization of production. Industrial sanitation reglamentary factors such as noise, vibration, pollution, radiation, air quality, and microclimate. There are well-established requirements and standards for the location of production buildings and the presence in them of necessary conditions, such as drinking and technical water, ventilation, lighting and heating, the device of production facilities from the calculation of the area needed for a comfortable production process, and others.

Industrial sanitation is a system of measures aimed at prevention of harmful impact of production factors on the staff. This helps prevent various occupational diseases. Harmful factors in the production of just lead to the deterioration of the health of the personnel and, as consequence, illnesses.

Production factors by severity, harm and danger are divided into four categories:

• Category 1-optimal labor conditions.
• Category 2 – acceptable working conditions that may cause different physical and functional tolerances, but after a good rest, the body comes back to normal.
• Category 3 – adverse employment conditions of various degrees. Harmful hygiene factors here exceed the standards and have a negative impact on the staff and can have serious effects on the offspring of workers. • Category 4 includes extremely dangerous and extreme working conditions, which over a working shift or short period of time can lead to serious diseases, lesions of the body in different degrees and to create a threat to life.
