Spring Comes, it is time beloved and long-awaited holiday of Easter. It is no secret that the main decoration of the festive table was and still is an Easter cake. If anyone knows, cake – it is a ritual bread that is sure to be lush, sweet and rich. Its difficult to prepare, but we will cope with all the difficulties! Now we are going to bake an Easter cake in multivarka quickly and easily. However, in this case there is one small problem. If you prefer tall narrow cake, in this case, it is desirable to consider the recipe of Easter cake in the bread maker or in the oven. It is no secret that in the slow cooker Easter bread will turn out quite low. Indeed, if you put a lot of dough, though it will rise, but will not be baked completely. But if, on the contrary, put little test, it will be baked but the cake will turn out low. But, on the other hand, why does the cake have to be high? What you need for the test?
So for the test we will need the yeast – 3 small spoons, milk-2 cups is 100 grams of sugar and the same of butter, 4 eggs and 4 incomplete cups flour, optional to add raisins and candied fruit. Of course, not do without baking powder, we have quite enough of one packet.
Make the dough
The First thing, preparing Easter cake in multivarka we need to worry about the dough. It is prepared in the following manner: put in a bowl the yeast, dissolve in milk, add sugar and flour.
