Marshmallow recipe is quite simple, this delicacy can be prepared even at home. You will need sugar, water, gelatine, corn flour and vanilla.

You Need to take two cups sugar, two-thirds of corn syrup, a little salt and half a Cup of water. Mix everything and put on the fire so that the sugar is completely dissolved. The mixture should simmer without stirring for about eight minutes until it reaches a temperature of 120 degrees.

Half a Cup of cold water to pour into a bowl, add 20 grams of gelatin, leave on for 15 minutes to swell.

Then, you should pour the prepared hot syrup into the gelatin, whisking the mixture constantly with a mixer to make a thick shiny mass (this will take about 15 minutes). You can add to the mix a little vanilla (or other, to taste) of extract.

The resulting mass is put in shape, smooth spatula and leave for four hours at room temperature, no covering.

In another bowl, mix half a Cup of powdered sugar and cornstarch, sprinkle with the mixture table. To shift marshmallows on the table, again sprinkle with powder or sugar. Cut into portions, giving them any shape according to taste (for convenience, the knife needs to be oiled). Sold in stores marshmallows come in different colors and shapes. To work at home best place to buy marshmallow white (or any pastel) colors.
