Mushroom sauces — it's a real joy for the family table. Despite the fact that their main ingredient is mushrooms, cooking recipes from different mushroom sauces, and serve them to a huge set of dishes — potatoes, meat, fish, pasta and even vegetables. Let's start a list of recipes with a story about how to cook a mushroom sauce with cream — one of the most common types of mushroom sauce.
Mushroom sauce with cream and cheese
3 large spoons of butter should be melted in a saucepan, then add 200 g sliced fresh mushrooms and fry just half a minute. Then add 1 clove of garlic minced, half Cup of cream, 1 teaspoon of rubbed lemon peel, a little pepper and nutmeg. All this fry 2 minutes then add 3 tablespoons of washed cheese and a couple of minutes to keep on the fire.
Mushroom sauce with cream and ham
A Pound of ham cut into slices not thicker than 1.5 cm, repel them, season with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil until Golden brown.

Creamy mushroom spaghetti sauce
First we boil 300 g spaghetti according to the instructions. Then prepare the mushroom sauce with cream. For this, we need to chop and fry 2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic. Then add 500 g finely chopped mushrooms and fry until evaporate the liquid, and then pour into the pan 200 ml cream (you can substitute sour cream). Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with pepper and seasonings to taste. When the cream boils, proparivatel them 5 min. and remove from heat. Spaghetti placed on plates and pour the sauce. On top sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley.
