Chicken & ndash; one of those dishes that are quick and simple to prepare. Served with variety of side dishes – potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, rice etc. to cook a delicious dish of chicken, you need to choose a recipe, stock up on food and actually enjoy cooking. There are five ways of cooking.

 

Chicken fried with garlic

Ingredients:

Chicken fillets, salt, garlic, pepper, vegetable oil.

Preparation Method:

Wash and dry the carcass, cut into portions. Then RUB them with salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes. Fry the chicken on both sides in half an hour. Peel the garlic and chop, spread on the chicken. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes, flip the pieces and then another 3 minutes. Chicken roasted in yogurt

Ingredients:

Chicken fillets (kg), yogurt, flour (400g), cloves of garlic, saffron (half a teaspoon), paprika (teaspoon), pepper, olive oil, salt, lemon juice (half a Cup), powder of mint.

Preparation Method:

Cut the fish into pieces, skip the garlic through the frog. In a bowl put the yogurt, paprika, garlic, pepper, salt and mint for more flavor. The saffron dissolved in water, pour into a bowl and mix everything. Fillets put in a bowl to be soaked and become more fragrant, put in hours in the refrigerator. Then coat the pieces in flour and spread on a pan. In olive oil fry on both sides. Then the chicken pieces, pour the lemon juice and the remnants of the yogurt. The dish can be served with rice or boiled potatoes.

Chicken pieces

Ingredients:

Chicken, cut into pieces (kg), three cloves of garlic, salt, spices, and black pepper.

Preparation Method:

Ingredients:

Chicken fillets (half a kilogram), mayonnaise (80g), salt, pepper, three cloves of garlic, curry, seasoning for chicken.

Preparation Method:

In cold water to wash the carcass and cut it into serving pieces. Then put them in a large bowl, add the mayonnaise. Chop the garlic through spadefoot toad. Season with salt and sprinkle with pepper pieces, put in a bowl the garlic. Add curry and seasoning for chicken. All thoroughly and put in a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

 

Pour into the pan a little vegetable oil and put the chicken pieces. Over high heat fry one side until Golden brown. Pieces to turn the fire to do less. Cover the pan and on low heat simmer until tender. Serve with fried potatoes (it is better to cook in the same pan) or pasta.
